What's your job?

You will supervise the work of the welders to ensure the quality of execution of the company's welding work while making sure that the products meet all applicable standards and requirements.

Your mission on the team?

Your skills :

• Training in welding would be an asset.
  
• 3 to 5 years experience managing a work team.

Your strengths:

• You are bilingual (French and English).
• You have excellent welding knowledge and skills.
• Knowledge of metal processing and welding (CWB qualified).
• You have experience in a management role.
• You are a team player.
• You're a quick learner.
• You have good priority management skills.
• Good leadership skills.
