Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager, capable of chasing new opportunities and developing our customer portfolio. The ideal candidate is an active leader who doesn't just sit behind a desk but actively engages in the field to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed company objectives.
  • Identify and prospect new potential customers in Canada and the United States.
  • Supervise, motivate, and train the existing sales team.
  • Use ERP and CRM tools to manage customer relationships and optimize sales processes.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Collaborate with other departments (production, quality, etc.) to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows and other industry events to promote the company's products.
  • Ensure ISO 9001 compliance in all sales activities.

Requirements:

  • University degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a similar position, ideally in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office software.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in managing a sales team.
  • Willingness to travel, particularly in Canada and the United States.

Assets:

  • Knowledge of the fuel tank and generator industry.
  • Previous experience with ISO 9001 standards.
