We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join our team. The Quality Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality control, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 9001
- Monitor and report on product and process quality, identifying and troubleshooting any issues
- Manage non-conformity and communicate with clients to keep them informed of the corrective actions that will be performed
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Maintaining all the documentation related to quality and ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date
- Training and mentoring of team members on quality control processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in quality management, business administration, engineering, or a related field will be considered
- 2+ years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role
- Experience with ISO 9001, FDA, and other quality and regulatory standards
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
