Production Supervisor (Location : Bathurst)

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet Guardians Tanks' deadlines and quality standards.

- Manage and motivate a team of 30 production operators, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operating procedures specific to manufacturing industrial tanks.

- Collaborate with quality, maintenance and logistics departments to optimize production processes.

- Identify and implement continuous improvements to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.

- Prepare and analyze production reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions where necessary.

- Train new employees and ensure their integration into the team.

- Ensure compliance of operations with current regulations and environmental standards.

Profile required:

- Degree in production management, industrial engineering or related field.

- Proven experience (minimum [2] years) as a supervisor or production manager in a similar manufacturing environment.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Good knowledge of quality and safety standards in industrial production.

- Ability to solve problems proactively and make quick, effective decisions.

- Mastery of IT tools (ERP, MS Office).

- Good oral and written communication skills.

- Knowledge of industrial tank manufacturing processes is an asset.
