Human Resources Coordinator

Job overview:

As Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of human resources within our company. You will work closely with members of the management team to develop and implement effective HR strategies to support organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including writing and distributing job advertisements, screening candidates, conducting interviews and checking references.
  • Manage the immigration process by maintaining constant contact with immigrants throughout the process, and communicating with the various agencies across the province that manage immigration programs.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employee professional development.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and support for individual needs.
  • Coordinate company activities, including time tracking, benefits administration, and processing of individual employee files.
  • Participate in organizational change management by providing support to employees and facilitating communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruiting and selecting talent
  • Strong training development skills
  • Excellent employee relations and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to effectively manage organizational change
  • Experience in payroll management and knowledge of applicable labor laws
  • Ability to conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' skills

Compensation: $20.00 to $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Monday to Friday Shift work

Training:

Baccalaureate, DEP/ AEC or Certificate in Human Resources or Business Administration (Desirable)

Experience:

Human Resources: 5 years (Desirable)

Language skills:

French and English (Mandatory)
