Job Description:
Guardian Tanks, a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of industrial fuel storage solutions, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.
Main Responsibilities:
● Prospect new clients and markets (hunting), developing long-term business relationships
● Present our products to both potential and existing clients.
● Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
● Negotiate contracts and close sales.
● Ensure post-sales follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
● Travel to meet clients and attend professional events.
Required Profile:
● Fully bilingual (English & French), both written and spoken.
● Experience in sales or business development.
● Availability to work on the road, on-site, or remotely.
● Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Canada and the U.S.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Ability to work under pressure.
● Bold, proactive, dynamic, organized, and challenge-driven.
